REGGAE RUM PUNCH
There is no better way to enjoy a classic punch than with a little rum thrown in for good measure. And ask any Jamaican and they’ll tell you that a rum punch isn’t compete without some Wray & Nephew. Created by Ian Burrell the Reggae Rum Punch is sweet, powerful and full of island vibes, and all but guaranteed to release your inner Dancehall King or Queen.
- 50ml Wray & Nephew Overproof
- White RuM
- 50ml Orange juice
- 50ml Pineapple juice
- 25ml Grenadine
- 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
- Pineapple wedge and mint, to garnish
Put all the liquids in a shaker with some ice and hard shake. Pour into a hurricane or highball glass filled with fresh ice and garnish.
This works as well in a jug to serve a crowd as in a glass for one; just multiply the quantities accordingly.
